Manuel Nieto Rodríguez built and operates the game Valoria MMO. This page informs players and visitors about how personal information is collected, used, and protected when playing Valoria MMO or using its related services.
To play Valoria MMO, players must create an account that includes a username, email, and password. Passwords are encrypted and cannot be viewed in plain text. Players can freely change their password from within the game and may request an email change through a paid service.
Valoria MMO uses a private database managed exclusively by Manuel Nieto Rodríguez. Access is restricted by IP authorization, username, and password. Both Android and Windows clients connect to the same server. The database is not hosted on external platforms such as Firebase or AWS.
Valoria MMO does not automatically store IP addresses or personal data during gameplay. However, certain administrative tools can display which players share the same IP or are connected simultaneously, for moderation and security purposes.
Temporary logs are generated to monitor technical errors and anti-macro detections. These logs are not permanently stored or shared with third parties.
To prevent unfair gameplay, the Valoria client includes an automated anti-cheat system. This system scans running processes for keywords associated with unauthorized automation software or bots. No personal information or unrelated process data is read, collected, or transmitted to the server. If a forbidden program is detected, the client is closed automatically.
In rare cases, the game may close if a legitimate process coincidentally matches a restricted keyword.
Payments in Valoria MMO are processed securely through Stripe, supporting PayPal and credit or debit cards. Purchases of Valoria Coins are linked directly to the player’s character.
Before completing a purchase, players must explicitly agree to waive their legal right of withdrawal (14-day refund right under EU law). This confirmation appears before finalizing the payment. By accepting, players authorize the immediate delivery of the purchased digital content and lose their right of withdrawal.
Valoria stores only the following purchase details: the product ID, the player’s name, the accepted withdrawal waiver, and the price. Refunds are not granted except when required by law (for example, unauthorized payments). Fraudulent refund attempts result in account suspension and a negative Valoria Coin balance.
Valoria MMO only uses third-party services when required for secure payments. The current provider is Stripe, which may process personal data such as IP addresses or billing information as part of its normal operation. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to those transactions.
The database is protected by IP whitelisting and password access. Backups are made regularly (between one and three times per week). All passwords are encrypted upon registration. Access to database contents is strictly limited to the game owner.
The game and official website (www.valoriammo.com) contain links to external resources such as the Discord community and legal documents (Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy). These links are provided for convenience; Valoria MMO is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external sites.
Valoria MMO does not intentionally collect personal data from any player. The only information required to create an account is a username, email address, and encrypted password. The game may be played by minors with the consent of their parents or legal guardians, but no age verification or additional data collection is performed.
Players may request full account deletion by contacting support@valoriammo.com or opening a support ticket through Discord. Inactive characters are periodically removed to maintain database performance, while main accounts remain until requested for deletion.
When an account is deleted, all related data (username, email, password, purchase history) is removed, except logs that are essential for the integrity and stability of the server.
Temporary logs and server records are deleted according to their relevance and necessity for server stability. The exact retention time varies depending on the circumstances of the system’s operation.
Updates to this Privacy Policy will be announced on the official Valoria MMO Discord server in the #news channel. Players are encouraged to review this document periodically for changes.
For questions, concerns, or data deletion requests, contact support@valoriammo.com or open a support ticket on the official Discord server.
